"This rub does eliminate pain, fairly rapidly (within minutes). I used on my neck shoulder pain and it definitely worked. I did, however, experience some skin irritation after the first single-application use on my shoulder, and then, after letting that recede for a day and trying it again, experienced it again. It did NOT produce skin irritation when used on ankle or knee joints so I'm not sure about 'the why' of the irritation along my shoulder. Just be aware that it might be too 'hot' for certain locations. Maybe test it on wrist skin first :woman-shrugging:."
