Usage

There are two different methods for diffusion:

First option:
• Open the diffuser tank by removing the silicone lid.
• Drop your essential oil into the liquid tank.
• Replace the silicone lid.
• Press the power button to begin diffusing.
• This option is great for on the go!

Second option:
• Install a standard 5ml or 15ml onto the essential oil bottle accessory.
• Quickly install it into the diffuser.
• After letting the oil flow into the liquid tank directly from your bottle for a few moments, press the power button to begin diffusing.
• With the bottle installed, you can leave the diffuser running with no worries!
• This option is great for using at home!

"I was hoping this could be the travel diffuser I took when I didn't check a bag. It is not. I had issues with the first one clogging and displaying the error "light" after a bottle's use. Jackie in customer service sent me a new one, but the new one failed as well. Waterless diffusers are always tricky, as the viscosity of essential oils varies. As such, I used high viscosity (thin) oils, e. g. , citrus oils. I cleaned the unit in between bottles, and it still failed. Maybe I just got a couple of defective ones, as there have been some glowing reviews too. PROS: beautiful light. Compact size. Flexibility to use a bottle or just pour the oil into the container. Aesthetics are fantastic. CONS: clogs easily, even with proper care. Fails consistently."

Clogs easily and leaks!

"I was so excited because it was so cute and portable, and it was for a while. Then it started giving less spray and when I checked it this morning, it had leaked all over my windowsill (peeling a bit of paint). RMO has much better options for atomizing diffusers - skip this one or restrict it to very thin oils."

Charge doesn’t last.

"It is beautiful and small for travel but it does not keep a charge for very long. I have to keep it plugged into the charging cable for use more than a couple of hours. I would love to see the charge last for a more convenient experience."

"I love ❤️ love ❤️ love ❤️ this little machine! It runs 24/7/7. I’ve never had it clog. You shouldn’t put and blends in it THAT ARE MIXED WITH CARRIER OILS or it will clog up. “Essential Oils” are not in any way the same viscosity of a carrier oil. I will be purchasing another for my tiny home."

Beautiful but clogs

"This diffuser has alot of pros. The reason the rating is low is becuase the mist bearly comes out. Used regularly. When I first received this item it sprayed a good amount into the air now it very faintly comes out, bearly works. It's beautiful and versatile but if it isn't spraying like it should you just can't enjoy the product."

Sad it didn’t work😢

"Super disappointed. I have been looking for a waterless diffuser for a long time. Used this and there was just the faintest smell from it, but continued to use in the hopes that my bathroom would eventually just get to be infused with the smell. Went through a bottle and used the bottle sent with device for a different oil and noticed almost immediately that the reusable paper towel I use under it was saturated with oil and the bottle was empty! I thought maybe it was the bottle, so I then filled up a Rocky Mountain oil bottle with essential oil and it, too, just poured out! I suspect I’m past my 90 days because I was really hopeful about this, but just feel like I wasted money (in the diffuser AND oil)."

Q&A

I forgot I had this and just found it, it has a stopper like thing in the top, and looks like a bottle could be put there but im not sure if I can just put some drops of oil in, should I put water and oil or what. In the photo here it shoes a little later globe thing on top. Mine didnt come with that. TIA for any help.: Hi Deidre, Yes, you can either insert a full bottle of essential oil into the top of the diffuser or add several drops of oil directly into the opening. After adding the oil, simply use the plug/stopper that came with the unit to seal it properly. Please note that this is a waterless diffuser, so no water should be added. We also recommend using neat essential oils only (not blended with a carrier oil) for best performance.
