Spearmint Essential Oil (Mentha spicata) is also commonly known as Spear Mint. Spearmint Essential Oil has a medium-strength, fresh, warm, and herbaceous aroma presenting a top fragrance note.

Spearmint Essential Oil is part of the Rocky Mountain Oils Relief and Wellness collections. Spearmint’s fresh, minty herbal aroma may calm the mood while promoting feelings of overall wellness. Spearmint
my favorite oil ever! Its our go to oil when you want a happy uplifting environment ....goes well with many other oils also. You will love the feeling it creates ....much more lovely than peppermint!

I find peppermint to be too strong sometimes but spearmint is lighter.
Spearmint is my new favorite "clean" scent to use in the diffuser. Other favorites are eucalyptus, clary sage, rosemary, and peppermint. I use peppermint sparingly. Spearmint is milder. My "mojito" diffuser recipe is 2 drops grapefruit, 2 drops tangerine, 2 drops lime and 2 drops spearmint.

Subtle spearmint
At first I was a little disappointed in the strength of RMO's spearmint scent. But it's actually the perfect subtle addition to so many recipes, including recipes that don't call for spearmint. I've been so happy with it because it adds a green freshness without an overpowering mint smell. It's like a hint of mint and I love that.

Nice clean scent
For those who find peppermint a bit much, or perhaps for little ones, this is the oil for you. Wonderful clean spearmint aroma. Does everything peppermint can do but is milder and gentler. Try it!
