Calming
Ylang ylang was recommended for calming and better sleep. I’ve found that I’m sleeping without interruption when I put a few drops on a cotton ball and place in my pillowcase.

What are the differences between the Two Ylang Ylangs that you carry?
BEST ANSWER: When Ylang Ylang is first distilled, the first portion extracted is slightly superior in its therapeutic properties and has a unique smell. This first portion we call “extra” only requires two hours of distillation. However, the Ylang Ylang must be distilled longer to extract all the therapeutic components from the plant. The first few hours of the distillation process create the Ylang Ylang Extra while the the full distillation, from six to twenty hours, creates the Ylang Ylang Complete. The final product is a complete distillation of the plant matter.

Can ylang ylang be mixed with rose blend? How much of each? THANK YOU
BEST ANSWER: Yes the oils can be mixed. There is not a specific amount of how much you should mix on one versus the other, this will be based on personal preference or if you are following a specific recipe/DIY. Thanks! -RMO Team

Can this oil be diffused safely around cats?
BEST ANSWER: Hello!
At this time, we have found insufficient research about using essential oils on or around domestic animals, including procedures and possible reactions. Because of this lack of research, we are unable to advise how to use essential oils with pets.

Does Ylang Ylang smell like Jasmine flowers? It’s a sweet, sharp smell I love, especially on spring nights when the flowers are in full bloom..
I have Blend of Jasmine and it smells like Narcissus flowers...not a smell I prefer.
