• Diffuse during yoga, meditation, energy work, affirmations, or other practices for Sacral Chakra balancing.
• Dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, or Almond Oil and apply directly to the abdomen to relieve stomach aches, cramps, bloating, or digestive discomforts.
• Use topically with a carrier oil or add 1-3 drops to your daily skincare products to reduce oily buildup, exfoliate, tone and tighten, and heal skin irritations like acne.
• Apply with a carrier oil to the lower abdomen, 2-3 inches below the navel, to direct the energy of the essential oils onto the Second Chakra.

Second Chakra Tummy Rub

Soothe stomach aches, cramps, and abdominal discomfort while bringing your Second Chakra into balance with this natural tummy rub.

• 5 drops Sacral Chakra Blend
• 2 tbs. Fractionated Coconut Oil

Instructions: Blend oils together, then rub onto the abdomen in a clockwise direction using gentle but firm pressure.

CAUTION: This blend contains Cinnamon Bark, which is a “hot” oil and may cause irritation in sensitive individuals. Make sure to patch test and dilute with extra carrier oil if needed. Do not use with a heating pad or hot water bottle.
