Thanks for pointing out that by massaging your face and relaxing tight muscles you can minimize the lines and wrinkles that form. I have recently become very worried about the wrinkles around my mouth as I’ve gotten older. I think that getting a facial massage would not only help stop the wrinkles, but it would also just be an all around soothing experience. Thanks for pointing out the benefits of facial massages.

This article was really helpful because I didn’t know that massaging your face minimizes lines and wrinkles that form. Personally I think that having a face massage would also help you stress less and you would naturally look younger, because you’ll be more calm and relaxed.     Glad you enjoyed this post, Brantly! For a simple facial massage, use your fingers or a facial roller on clean skin. Start by massaging the forehead up and out. Then gently massage around the eyes, moving in towards the nose underneath the eyes, then out above the eyelid. Third, massage the cheeks, moving up the face. Then do the mouth, working from the center and out towards the cheeks. Massage the chin, moving from the point of the chin and up the face. Massage the neck, moving down from the chin to the collarbone. Finally, massage the outline of your face. Happy massaging!
