Root Chakra: Diffuse a few drops of this chakra blend to create stability, harness courage, and deepen your connection to nature. You can also dilute with a carrier oil and apply blend on the legs, base of the spine, and bottom of the feet.

Sacral Chakra: Diffuse a few drops of this chakra blend to accept change and promote creativity, sensuality, and passion. You can also dilute with a carrier oil and apply blend to the abdomen, 2 inches below the navel.

Solar Plexus Chakra: Diffuse a few drops of this chakra blend to promote confidence, seize your personal power and overcome fear. You can also dilute with a carrier oil and apply the blend to the upper abdomen, above the navel.

Heart Chakra: Diffuse a few drops of this chakra blend to open your heart to deeper bonds and promote compassion. You can also dilute with a carrier oil and apply the blend to the center of the chest.

Throat Chakra: promote inspiration, express your true self, and listen deeply to others. You can also dilute with a carrier oil and apply the blend to the neck area.

Third Eye Chakra: Diffuse a few drops of this chakra blend to expand your knowledge, access deeper truths, and open your mind. You can also dilute with a carrier oil and apply the blend between the brows.

Crown Chakra: Diffuse a few drops of this chakra blend to let go of what doesn’t serve you, experience personal growth, and expand your awareness of the life around you. You can also dilute with a carrier oil and apply the blend on the crown of the head.
