Fitness Essential Oil Blend combines the invigorating scents of Grapefruit, Lemon, Cornmint, Cinnamon Bark, Celery Seed, and Ginger Root. This energizing blend is designed to support motivation and vitality. Diffuse Fitness when you need an aromatic boost or to create an uplifting environment during your workout routine.
Each of Rocky Mountain Oils' premium essential oil blends is composed of a unique blend of essential oil elements.
Fitness: Grapefruit, Lemon, Cornmint, Cinnamon Bark, Celery Seed, and Ginger Root
Cellulite Massage Cream:
- 15 drops Fitness
- 1 ounce Shea Butter
- 1 tablespoon FCO
- 2 capsules Evening Primrose Oil
Melt the shea butter and remove from heat. Add oils and blend together well. Pour into a container and allow to cool completely. Label and close the lid tightly.

Always dilute with a carrier oil and patch test prior to extensive topical use. We recommend conducting a patch test before extensive topical use. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use on broken skin. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
