Christmas Essential Oils

Add a drop or two of your favorite holiday essential oil to a cotton ball or Q-tip. Let the cotton air dry for a few seconds so it’s not completely damp or soaked. It is recommended that you test this hack out on a sticker first so you don’t gamble with your card. Lightly brush the cotton ball or Q-tip on your sticker and place it in your card for a unique Christmasy scratch and sniff experience that will leave your loved one with a card to treasure forever .

If you do not have any stickers to use, we recommend that you pick a discrete corner of your card to test this hack on first before committing to the whole card. This is because certain essential oils might leave some color residue on your card, especially if it is white. If your card paper is colored, certain essential oils could cause some discoloration or color removal, so make sure to always test it out first.

Finally, write in your Christmas message as you wait for the oil to completely dry out. Add a few more brushes of oil to your envelope if you would like and wait for your loved one to unwrap this bundle of Christmas cheer!
