Dreamy Bedtime Spray
- 20 drops Dreamtime
- 1 ounce Distilled Water
Add Dreamtime and water to a 1-ounce spray bottle, and shake well to combine. Shake before each use. Spritz around the bedroom before bedtime to help relax your mind and body. You can refill the water 2-3 times before refilling the oil.
Relaxing Dreamtime Bath Soak
- 16 ounces Epsom Salt
- 15-20 drops Dreamtime
- 6 tsp Carrier Oil
Mix the Epsom salt, Dreamtime, and carrier oil together in a small bowl or container. Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the salt mixture to a warm or hot bath, and allow the salts to dissolve. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Store the extra bath salts in an airtight container.
Pro Tip: If you're not a bath person, use the salt mixture for a relaxing foot soak!
- 5 drops Dreamtime
- 2 tsp Carrier Oil
Combine the oils together in your hands or in a small bowl. Gently massage the mixture into your back, arms, legs, and feet before bed to calm your mind and body.
- Add 1-2 drops of Dreamtime to an unscented lotion and apply before bed.
