Go Green Smoothie

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons raw cashews
- 1 pitted Medjool date (optional, adds sweetness)
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 green apple core removed
- ¼ avocado
- 2 cup spinach
- 5 ice cubes
- Dipped toothpick in Peppermint RMO essential oil ½ inch
- Dash of cinnamon
Add ingredients in the order listed from almond milk to ice cubes in a blender for optimal smoothie processing. Blend until smooth and creamy. Swirl toothpick with Peppermint essential oil through mixture, add dash or two of cinnamon, pulse a few seconds to incorporate flavors.
