Nerve Support Muscle Rub
Support your nervous system and relieve pain with this cooling, moisturizing muscle rub.
- 30 drops Nerve Support
- 20 drops Mother's Touch
- 2 ounces Shea Butter
- 1 tablespoon Vitamin E oil
- ½ teaspoon Lanolin
- 3 capsules Evening Primrose oil
Instructions: Melt shea butter and lanolin and remove from heat. Add Vitamin E and Evening Primrose oils and stir well. While cooling, mix in the rest of the essential oils and pour into a container. Allow to cool, then rub this nerve pain essential oil blend recipe into sore or tired muscles.
