Wonderful smell!
I’ve not had any problems with this oil, not too strong and very pleasant. Cleans the sinuses.

outstanding
This blend of cinnamon is outstanding. I diffuse it with lavender for an inflammation reducing effect. And delightful scent. For me, it also works topically, with a carrier (like coconut oil) to alleviate pain from bruises. I am also blending cinnamon, eucalyptus, clove and lemon - lovely! The cinnamon is a shining star in this blend.

I noticed this is a blend containing 25% essential oil and 75% fractionated coconut oil. People are saying reviews that they diffuse it. I thought you could only diffuse just essential oils and that the fractionated coconut oil might not be good for the diffuser. What is best for the diffuser?
BEST ANSWER: Great question! Our blends that contain FCO are safe to use in our diffusers.

Can this oil be consumed?
BEST ANSWER: Essential oils are very potent and can be dangerous if not used correctly. All of our oils are 100% pure, natural, and authentic, and therefore of the quality you can ingest if you choose to do so. However, we cannot provide dosing suggestions or directions on how to ingest if you choose to do so. If you do choose to ingest the oils, we suggest consulting an Aromatherapist or trusted health professional for guidance.

DOES THIS HAVE TO BE DILUTED WITH A CARRIER OIL BECAUSE IT ALREADY HAS IT IN THE BLEND?
BEST ANSWER: Most blends that contain FCO are not quite prepared for adult topical application. We would recommend to dilute further to a 2%-5% dilution rate for an adult. You can treat the blend as if it were a single essential oil when diluting.

Is this oil safe to diffuse around children?
BEST ANSWER: Diffusion is known to be one of the safest ways to use essential oils. You should feel safe diffusing, but we would recommend keeping the children away from the direct mist in the diffuser.

Are these safe to diffuse with pets in the house?
BEST ANSWER: Hello!
At this time, we have found insufficient research about using essential oils on or around domestic animals, including procedures and possible reactions. Because of this lack of research, we are unable to advise how to use essential oils with pets.
For more information, we are happy to suggest some great books! Please see below:

Does this still need to be deleted for topical use even though it comes in fractionated coconut oil already?
