• Dilute in a carrier oil and massage into the skin to promote comfort and relaxation.
• Add a drop to your facial cleanser to support skin's natural cleansing process.
• Diffuse or use in a room spray to create a peaceful environment.
• Add 1-2 drops to a warm bath for a soothing experience.

When sore or aching muscles slow you down, this soothing massage oil helps reduce inflammation and gently numbs the pain with a cooling, menthol-like sensation.
Ingredients:
• 15 drops True Blue
• FCO or other carrier oil of your choice
• 15ml bottle
Instructions: Add True Blue to an empty bottle, then fill the rest of the bottle with FCO or another carrier oil. Shake well to combine, then apply 2-3 drops to the affected area and massage into the skin for soothing relief. Apply more oil as needed.
Dilute in a carrier oil and patch test before extensive use on the skin. To perform a patch test, apply a small amount of oil to one area of the skin, then wait 15 minutes to make sure irritation or allergic reaction does not occur. Do not use with heating pads.
WARNING: This blend contains Blue Tansy, which has a very strong natural blue color and may cause staining on clothes, porous materials, and skin.
