DIY Mask Spray
For many of us, wearing masks out in public spaces has become a necessary part of everyday life. Whether you’re out running errands, shopping at the store, or even heading in for your next work shift, many of us have found ourselves wearing a mask at some point or another. However, as masks become more and more mainstream, many of us are eagerly searching for simple tips or tricks on how to make wearing your mask more tolerable when social distancing is not possible.
Thankfully, with just a few drops of your favorite essential oils and some simple everyday ingredients, you can create an easy and effective DIY mask spray to help give your face mask an extra aromatherapeutic boost before you leave the house, or when you’re in-between errands! DIY Mask Spray
What You’ll Need
- Amber Glass Spray Bottle
- 2 oz Distilled Water
- 2 oz Witch Hazel
- 25 drops Purify Essential Oil
Method
- Using a funnel, carefully pour witch hazel and water into the glass spray bottle.
- Add essential oils to the mixture.
- Replace the spray bottle top, and shake vigorously to incorporate.
How to Use
Shake well before each use. With the spray bottle 6 inches away from the mask, gently spritz the material 2-3 times on the side that does not touch your face. Allow the mask to dry for 10 seconds, and wear as normal.
