Strong Heart Chest Rub

This soothing chest rub combines some of the best essential oils for heart health with deeply nourishing shea butter and other oils to support your general health and wellness.

  • 25 drops Heart Health
  • 10 drops Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon FCO
  • 2 capsules Evening Primrose Oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Beeswax
  • 1 cup Shea Butter

Instructions: Melt the shea butter in a double boiler over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine. Pour the mixture into a sealable container and allow it to cool. Once cooled, rub onto the chest every morning and evening.

For external use only. Do not ingest. Always patch test prior to extensive use on the skin. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, mouth, sensitive areas, and broken skin. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding.
