Prediluted for immediate topical use, this blend offers a gentle yet effective aroma that may help promote relaxation, support healthy circulation, and encourage restful sleep. Its calming properties make it ideal for moments when you need to unwind and nurture your overall well-being.

• Apply 1-3 drops to the chest and gently massage in slow circles.

This is a 50% essential oil blend, diluted in a base of pure FCO (Fractionated Coconut Oil). The blend includes: Myrrh, Lemongrass, Spruce, Juniper Berry, Lemon, Ylang Ylang, Petitgrain Bigarade, Orange, Roman Chamomile, Melissa

Strong Heart Chest Rub

This soothing chest rub combines some of the best essential oils for heart health with deeply nourishing shea butter and other oils to support your general health and wellness.

Ingredients:

• 25 drops Heart Health

• 10 drops Lemon

• 1 teaspoon FCO

• 2 capsules Evening Primrose Oil

• 1 ½ teaspoons Beeswax

• 1 cup Shea Butter

Instructions: Melt the shea butter in a double boiler over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine. Pour the mixture into a sealable container and allow it to cool. Once cooled, rub onto the chest every morning and evening.

We recommend conducting a patch test before extensive topical use. Patch test by applying the oil to a small section of your skin and leaving it for about 15 min. Check for any skin irritations or allergic reactions before committing to topical use. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, mouth, sensitive areas, and broken skin. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Always consult your physician if you have medical concerns. If you have symptoms that worsen or persist while using this product, discontinue use immediately and contact your doctor or healthcare provider.
